A Day After Cutting A Deal With Lyft, California Regulator Reaches An Agreement With Uber As Well

uberJust yesterday, the California Public Utilities Commission announced that it had struck an interim agreement with Lyft, wiping away any fines levied against the ride-sharing service and allowing it to continue operating while it evaluates potential new regulation. Today, Uber has reached an agreement with the regulator, which will suspend a cease-and-desist order and eliminate a fine against it.
